Regarding after-sales refund and return

1If the recipient is found to have damaged packaging and there is an after-sales issue, ask them to refuse to accept it and they will not be responsible for returning it

When the package is dispatched after the tracking number is issued and only a refund is made or a refund is returned, Mafan will deduct the shipping fee before applying for a refund or return.

When the recipient applies for after-sales service, they must have pictures or videos to collect the certificate.
