【 Ordering Instructions 】
1. Product Order: The minimum order quantity for each product is 1,000 units. If the customer's required quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will increase slightly. Please communicate with the salesperson for specific details.
2. Product Quotation: Customers of our factory's products can first visit the website to view the reference prices and detailed information, and then contact the salesperson for quotations based on their needs. If it is the customer's own style, please provide a physical sample so that we can calculate the accurate price. Looking at the picture can only estimate the approximate price. The price is subject to the sample price confirmed by the contract signed on the spot with our factory. The larger the order quantity, the more favorable the price. The general quotation does not include tax.
3. Product Sampling: All styles of luggage can be sampled according to the physical samples or pictures provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected based on the customer's requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Generally, fabrics of regular colors are available in stock, while special colors require bulk orders.
4. Order Contract: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be subject to the provisions of the contract.
5. Production time: Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 15 days. For extremely urgent orders, production can be prioritized based on the workshop's scheduling situation to ensure early delivery as much as possible. It takes about 10 to 20 days to order special materials and colors.
6. Packaging method: Each individual product is packed in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), and durable cardboard boxes are used to prevent product damage during transportation.
7. Payment Method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. You can inspect the goods at our factory before delivery. After paying the remaining 70%, the goods will be dispatched.

Question: Can I print my company's LOGO or design drawing on it?
Answer: As long as you can provide us with a LOGO or other design draft in.AI format (which is basically used by foreign customers) or CorelDRAW design format, we can print it on the bag for you. At this point, the product will become a product with your own brand. We will recommend the best printing process to you based on your design draft and requirements, which can be divided into several types such as screen printing, machine printing, heat transfer printing and laminating printing.

Question: Is your custom-made price low? How can I contact you?
Answer: We will not promise you that our quotation is the lowest in the market. We will try our best to lower the price through measures such as independent production, optimizing raw material procurement and processing technology, and improving work efficiency. We offer a variety of contact methods for your selection.
Sample
Question: Could you send me samples first? I need to make a sample for confirmation. May I ask how this fee is calculated?
Answer: If the customer requests samples, we can provide them as soon as possible. However, the shipping fee needs to be paid on delivery. Those who have no intention of cooperating on production matters are kindly requested not to ask for samples.
If a cooperative client requires a sample, we will charge a sample fee of 200 to 300 yuan. When the order quantity meets certain conditions, we will refund the sample fee.
Packaging
Question: What are your packaging standards?
Answer: Generally, packaging is carried out according to customer requirements. One OPP bag (waterproof) is produced for each piece, and then it is packed in cartons. The carton packaging is designed based on actual needs.
Transportation
Question: What are the transportation channels for your products?
Answer: Generally, we entrust freight companies for transportation. The charge is based on the length of the route and is calculated by the piece. The freight is collected on delivery. Freight companies generally do not offer door-to-door delivery services. They are only responsible for consigning the goods to your town. On the day the goods arrive, you will be notified to collect them with the receipt. Foreign trade operations are handled in accordance with ports and relevant modes of transportation.
