Instructions for Use: The cleaning method and boiling method before the first use
The cleaning method of a frying pan
Before the first cooking, put it in warm water containing neutral detergent and wipe it clean with a sponge or soft cleaning cloth.
2. Pour white vinegar and water into the pot, heat it slightly, then clean the cookware. After that, rinse it with hot water and dry both the inside and outside.
The first way to cook
1. Wash the pot with water and dry it with a cloth. Prepare a piece of raw fat pork
2. Then place the pot on a gas stove or induction cooker and heat it over low heat. Do not use high heat.
3. After the pot body is slightly warm, repeatedly wipe the inner walls of the pot with fat pork to allow the pot body to fully absorb the oil
4. After the lard has seeped into the entire inner wall of the pot (turn off the heat after 5 to 10 minutes), let it cool down naturally for half a day.
5. Clean the pot body with detergent, pour out the black lard, rinse it thoroughly with water and dry it. Then, the pot is ready to be served.
Precautions for using a frying pan
Instructions for Use of Open Flame (Gas stove)
Preheat over medium heat for 20 seconds and then pour in the cooking oil.
Heat for 30 to 40 seconds while sliding the spatula to ensure the oil is fully absorbed by the pan.
3. Continue to cook the food over medium heat.
Induction Cooker Operating Instructions
Preheat 1000W for 20 seconds, then pour in the cooking oil and slide the oil at the same time. Be careful not to make the oil temperature too high.
2. Add the food and turn to medium heat (1200W-1400W, not exceeding 1600W).
When the food is almost cooked, turn off the induction cooker and keep heating it with the residual heat.
How to maintain a wok
When adjusting, use heat-resistant nylon, plastic or wooden spatulas. Avoid sharp spatulas or metal tools from damaging the surface of the non-stick pan.
2. Non-stick kitchenware conducts heat evenly. When in use, only medium to low heat is needed to quickly prepare delicious food. When using high heat, there must be food or water in the pot
3. Do not dry heat the pot body for a long time to avoid damaging it and shortening its service life.
4. To protect the surface of the non-stick pan, after use, wait for the temperature to drop slightly before washing it with clean water. Do not wash it immediately with cold water.
5. When encountering stubborn stains, you can clean them with hot water mixed with detergent and a sponge. Do not scrub vigorously with rough sandpaper or metal balls, as this may damage the non-stick coating adhering to the pot. The correct method is to soak the pot in clean water for several hours before cleaning
6. It is strictly prohibited to store foods with high acidity or salt content for a long time, otherwise white corrosion may occur. Please pay extra attention when using.
