1. Regarding the size being too large or shrinking
Due to frequent laundry in the hotel, the washing temperature is relatively high. Therefore, for our pure cotton fabrics, we reserve 5% to 6% of water for shrinkage. For new linen that has not been washed, it is normal for the inner diameter to be 10 to 15CM in length and width respectively, and it can be used with confidence. The size will stabilize after a few washes.
2. Regarding texture
The higher the count, the smoother the hand feel. The higher the count, the finer the yarn, and the better the corresponding toughness. However, it does not mean that the higher the count, the thicker the fabric. High-count fabrics are generally smoother and more lustrous.
3. Regarding the fabric, it is silky smooth unlike pure cotton
The fabric has undergone pre-treatment processes such as singling and mercerization, with few loose fibers on the surface and a smooth hand feel.
4. Regarding wrinkling or not
As long as the product is made of pure cotton, it will generally be a little wrinkled. You can hang the set naturally after the water is removed, pull out the wrinkled areas, or iron it to restore the fabric to a smooth state.
5. Regarding the unique floating fuzz on hotel towels -It's not hair loss.
Due to the emphasis on comfort in hotel room linings, hotel towels weigh more than twice as much per square meter as home textile towels. The weaving process is complex and diverse, featuring a unique spiral technique with high and soft loops. After desizing treatment, the surface of the towels may be covered with floating fibers from the sizing solution. When using them for the first time, please rinse them 2-3 times with high-water water to remove the floating fibers.
6. Regarding customized wholesale
Embroidery, printing and webbing are available, but additional charges apply. For customers with large wholesale quantities, we offer free water-washing labels. The minimum order quantity for embroidered logos on towels is generally 25 pieces, and for four-piece sets, it is usually 10 sets. 7. Regarding the shipping/production time
In-stock products are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Customized products are generally produced within 7 to 10 days, and for large quantities, it takes about 15 to 20 days. For specific shipping time, please contact customer service for communication.
8. Regarding returns and exchanges
All products are eligible for a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy before they are launched and provided that they do not affect secondary sales. Shipping costs are at your own expense. However, items with special requirements such as custom-made sizes, zipper openings, printed or embroidered characters, and custom-made washing labels are not eligible for return or exchange. All products are hand-cut, with a margin of error of 3 to 5CM, which is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue。
